-to remove two (2) existing 23" x 23" x 30"h hvac condenser units stacked on top of two (2) other existing hvac condenser units.-to install two (2) new goodman vsx130361e 26" x 26" x 27. 5"h hvac condensing units on existing wooden deck per cut sheet submitted 03/18/14 & stamped vcc approved 3/19/14.-new units are not to be stacked and are screen with existing wooden lattice screening.-all extraneous hardware and mechanical lines and racks are to be removed.-new mechanical/freon lines are to be run along inside corners and edges as much as possible and painted to match existing adjacent surfaces.
